HCMAGS OPERATIONS UPDATE(as of May 1)
Our final piece in the manufacturing process is coming together in the next two weeks. We hope to have the product completed and ready to ship within two weeks after that. As often is the case in manufacturing, the process took longer than our hope. We will be shipping in May. Thank you all for your patience as we have been re-starting in the U.S. only. We have started manufacturing in the US, we are still waiting on the last piece before assembly can begin. As previously stated, once we have a hard date we will post immediately.
HCMAGS OPERATIONS UPDATE(as of April 10)
We are close to getting this train moving again. We have one more piece to get into place before we can start manufacturing in the US. Otherwise we are on target to start shipping back-orders in April. Thank you all for your patience in the transition period that we have been going through. Once we are closer to a hard shipping date we will definitely be posting that information.
CONNECTICUT UPDATEHCMags can no longer make sales to Connecticut. Any unfilled orders for Connecticut residents will be refunded or cancelled. COLORADO UPDATEHCMags will continue selling the HC3R to Colorado residents until the end of June, at which point we will be prohibited by law from shipping to Colorado. Due to the great response we have been getting for the HC3R, we are gearing up for domestic production- in order to eliminate delays and provide complete customer satisfaction. This exciting opportunity to be completely Made in the U.S.A. was brought on by on an unacceptable delay from our supply chain. This is causing fulfillment of current orders to be delayed until possibly mid-April.
Our goal is to be able to ship directly upon receipt of new orders and prevent frustration in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience in the short-term but believe this will be the best long-term solution moving forward.
If you wish to place a new order and wait to receive until we are back in production, please do so online. Your billing and shipping information will be held and your card will NOT be charged. We will be posting our operational status updates on the website and our Facebook page.
If you want your pending order refunded, please email the name your order was placed under and the last 4 digits of your card number to: sales@hcmags.com we will be happy to accommodate you.
All current orders will stay in place unless you notify us. We will email notification when we come back into full production and can ship your product; charging your card at that time.
This change is necessary to provide the highest quality standard for HCMAGS products.
We will be introducing new products soon including a speed loader and rib-clip packs of three with vinyl caps to keep rounds pre-loaded without them falling out.
